Step 1: Call us

Step 2: Call a friend or family member
This step is extremely important especially if it is the middle of the night or it is extremely cold outside. You do not want to be standing outside for longer than needed so try to call someone close by who can offer you some shelter and possibly a cup of tea while you are waiting. We shouldn’t be long, but at least while you wait for us to arrive you will not be freezing cold.
Step 3: Re-enter Your Home
Once we have arrived, we will be able to carry out a lock replacement quickly and efficiently so before you know it you will be back in your home. We will then be on our way so that you can get back to your day, hopefully without any more problems.
